Um amigo do restaurante Olivença, Nelson Freitas, conhecedor da doçaria portuguesa, inventou estas trouxas de bolota, cuja receita ofereceu ao estabelecimento. A bolota tem aqui mais um exemplo de uma feliz utilização e hoje todos ganham com isso.

A friend of restaurant Olivença, called Nelson Freitas, is very learned about Portuguese sweets and he has created these “trouxas” with acorn, the recipe of which he offered to the restaurant. It is yet another good example of the use of acorns in recipes. We are all the better for it.
