Há doces em Portugal chamados “manjar” que levam galinha cozida. Pois este leva carne de coelho. Pode parecer estranho, mas este manjar das Chagas, feito no antigo Convento Real das Chagas de Cristo, em Vila Viçosa, era um doce servido apenas aos paladares mais requintados. Uma maravilha.
