São pequenos, redondos, fofinhos e açucarados. Só podiam chamar-se Bolinhos de Amor. São feitos em Penafiel, na casa com o mesmo nome do doce. Comem-se de uma dentada só, um a seguir ao outro.

They are small, round, soft and sweet. They had to be named Love Cakes (“Bolinhos de Amor“). They are made in Penafiel, in the shop with the same name as the sweet. You can eat them in a single bite, one after the other.
